Change of membership information/cancellation of membership

Membership renewal

The business year of the Association starts from September 1 of each year and extends to August 31 of the following year. You will be sent a renewal notice and an annual membership fee transfer form every year when it is time to renew your membership.
Any delinquent annual fees will automatically be carried over and applied to the unpaid year.
→Example:If the annual membership fee was not paid for 2024, the annual membership fee to be deposited in 2025 will be for 2024.

Modification of membership information

If there are changes in your name, home address, or employment address, login to the Japanese Association for Emergency Nursing official web portal to modify your membership information.

Loss of membership eligibility

In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation of the Japanese Association for Emergency Nursing (Article 13, Loss of Membership Eligibility, Section 2), those who have not paid the annual membership fee for two years or more will lose their membership eligibility and shall have their membership withdrawn.

Rejoining the Association

Former members may rejoin the association provided that they have not been expelled (No. 15 of the Articles of Incorporation).
Please complete the membership procedure again if you wish to reapply.
It will be the same as that for new members.

Withdrawal

Please submit an application for withdrawal to the Secretariat if you wish to withdraw your membership from the Association.
